  • Organic Oats

    Oats provide dietary fiber, contain antioxidants, and have a low glycemic index.

  • Organic Hemp Seeds

    Hemp seeds are a complete protein, rich in healthy fats (omega 3s and omega 6 fatty acids), and contain vitamin E, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, and B vitamins.

  • Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds

    Sprouted pumpkin seeds are a good source of plant based protein, and rich in magnesium, zinc, iron, phosphorus, manganese, and copper. Sprouting increases digestibility and absorption of protein.

  • Organic Coconuts

    Coconuts are rich in healthy saturated fats, and a good source of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, and folate. 

  • Organic Coconut Sugar

    Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index (GI) compared to refined sugar, and contains small amounts of iron, zinc, calcium, and potassium, as well as antioxidants and phytonutrients.

  • Organic Aquamin™ (Seaweed)

    Aquamin™ is a rich source of calcium, and contains significant amounts of magnesium, in addition to a wide range of trace minerals, including zinc, iron, manganese, selenium, copper, and iodine.

    Sea salt is a good source of electrolytes, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium.

  • Organic Monk Fruit Extract
