Raspberry & Fig Overnight Chia Pudding


This recipe makes 1 serving.

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 2 cups of Mac Nut Kiki Milk (can substitute with any Kiki Milk flavor of your liking)

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2-3 figs (fresh or dried)

 

Steps

 

  • Add chia seeds, Kiki Milk, vanilla and cinnamon to a glass jar or airtight container.

  • Mix with a spoon or cover the container and shake well to combine all the ingredients. 

  • Add raspberries and mix again.

  • Cover and place it in the fridge to sit overnight.

  • The next morning, top with fresh raspberries, sliced figs, and your favorite granola. Enjoy!
